Regis weighs in today for his BAMMA debut, bang on 136.0 (Paul Bentley 135.6).

“Time to rehydrate now, can’t wait for tomorrow – excited is an understatement,” says Regis. “Thank you to everyone coming out to support me – I am in the best shape of my life for this one!”
